So please show us how to live.

“We want to say a big thank you to all of you who prayed for us. We are much better, but have a ways to go to get our strength back. It takes time.” -- Harold and Verna

God has given a special gift to each and every one
It starts where not a soul can see that it has begun.
But God knows and watches us while our bodies form,
We are kept in a special place, so comfy and so warm.
God puts in us a bit of mom, a bit of father too
The color eyes, the color hair, and type of body too.
The type of disposition that will surface later,
The type of voice and whether we’re a doer or a waiter.
He sets His plan in motion to teach us what we need to know,
So we can find our Jesus in our earthly life below.
He prepares us teachers who can show us the way
By their good example we can follow day by day.
We must not take our lives for granted and forget what God has done,
In preparing us to follow Jesus, His one and only Son.

We are weak, You are strong,
Sometimes we’re right, sometimes we’re wrong.
We find it hard to do what we should
, And our deeds are not always good,
But You love us anyway.
You’re always with us every day.
No matter what we say or do,
We can always come to you
We can ask that You forgive,
And show us just how we should live.
So when I’m weak, be strong for me,
When I’m wrong. please help me see.
When I fall or go astray
Please show me clearly the right way.
Thank you for Your loving care
That goes with me everywhere.
