John and Donna serve with Biblical Education by Extension World, providing biblical training to house church leaders in the Great Country (GC). Donna focuses on evangelism and discipleship.
John has been invited to train two groups of house church leaders in the GC this spring. Please pray that a group could be arranged. Donna continues to have contact with people she led to the Lord or witnessed to in the GC.
The book Donna wrote about our experiences in the GC,
Dragon Ride, has finished its final editing and will be published June 1. It has already greatly blessed the people who have read it. John and Donna hope to visit us some time in the fall during their furlough.

Trinity Western University is located in Langley, British Columbia and their current enrollment is 4,000. The vision began in 1957 when Evangelical Free Churches of America and Canada wanted to establish a liberal arts college. Trinity Junior College was opened in 1962. Since its beginning it has held a unique vision for Christian liberal arts and sciences education in Canada. In 1985 the college became Trinity Western University. TWU offers 42 undergraduate majors and 17 graduate programs.
Please pray for the college, its students, faculty and staff as they choose to live, work and study together in a manner that is consistent with its Christian identity.

MARCH MISSIONARIES OF THE MONTH

Missionary Construction Team – Director: Nathan Jacobs
During 2016MCT built three cabins at Camp Bato on Cebu Island, Philippines, and helped with church building construction needs in Poland. In the U.S. they worked on homes damaged by the flooding in Columbia, South Carolina, and helped on many other projects in our district including assisting with the roofing of our parsonage.
In January 2017 a team of 5 returned to Camp Bato, owned by the EFC of the Philippines, to help with construction projects. In addition to many other projects, there is the possibility of help with roofing the sanctuary.
MCT would appreciate our prayers for safety as they travel and work. They are always looking for volunteers to help with the projects. MCT is an encouragement to the churches where they do construction work as well as being blessed themselves as they interact with the ministries they are helping. Al Washabaugh serves on the MCT Board and has helped with many projects over the years.

Ernest and Effie Dyck are currently based in Oregon after returning from Venezuela when conditions became unsafe for them to continue ministering there. Please pray for them as they are currently involved in 3 weeks of ministry throughout the island of Cuba. Together with a Cuban pastoral couple they are:
1.. visiting the church planters that they have been coaching and
training,.
2. meeting several key pastoral couples who are in need of
counseling,
3. facilitating a pastor and wife’s seminars (2 different locations),
4. working with a group of young emerging leaders.,
PRAY for safety in travel, grace & wisdom in each conversation.
PRAISE the Lord, the Provider, that financially they finished 2016 strong and that the Cuba trip expenses are covered.
