MISSIONS NEWS FOR MAY
BLACK LAKE BIBLE CAMP was established in 1946 and is owned and operated by the PNW District of the EFCA. It is located in Tumwater, The director is Bryan Bailon. Many improvements and repairs have been done recently which began with their 365 CAMPaign. BLBCoffers summer camps, day camps and an after school program. Here is a statement from their website:
“To say we’re thrilled at what God is doing at Black Lake Bible Camp is an absolute understatement! We have been experiencing record-setting summer camps, increasing demand for retreats, and the privilege of partnering in ministry endeavors with many of you in the Pacific Northwest. Black Lake Bible Camp’s steady growth and God’s blessing in ministry fill our hearts with gratitude daily.”
Please pray for the staff as they prepare for the summer camps which begin in June.

JACK AND NANCY SNYDER have served the Lord in Chad, Africa for 30 years and are now preparing to retire August first. On April second they flew to France for a two week debrief/re-entry and then to Illinois for further debriefing. They arrived in Fresno, CA on the 21st. Their adult son and daughter and their families live in Fresno.) Please pray for the following:
-Their very busy schedule, visiting supporters along with dental
and doctor appointments.
- For God’s leading for specific ministries He has for them in the
near future.
- For time with their nine grandchilsren, to have positive input in
their lives.
- For their health as they travel and for the Lord’s will in each step
of their travels and visits.
